We deliver compelling learning sessions and programmes which educate leaders, teams and workplace communities about how the autonomic nervous system influences and impacts emotional, mental and physical health.
It's challenging to deliver or expand and reach your goals if you, your team and your business are consistently operating in survival mode.
Our innate intelligence is our biology, our physiological rhythms, the machinery that supports our heart to beat from our first breath without us having to think about it.
The human being has been designed with incredible functionality, yet we have been conditioned to believe we can override our system to ensure we are as productive and profitable as possible.
At Innate Intelligence we believe that when we honour and work with our human functionality we are present, efficient, solution-focused, creative and collaborative.
Everything your business needs.
Yet many individuals are operating in survival mode. Pushing, working longer hours than ever, trying to give when they have very little left to give. In survival mode we don't have access to all our resources and skills. We are unable to create with ease - we are not productive.
We might be logged in, but we logged out a long time ago - in fact we're on a one-way street to burnout.
More than ever we are feeling the pressure to show up to work and be productive, to prove our worth.
Often we over-work, constantly switched on, we don't take conscious breaks. We choose to log-on when resting in bed would serve us more, and we reach for the kettle and caffeine when we feel like we need to push on.
The issue here is that when our nervous system is activated we don't have access to all our resources. Resources are the skills, knowledge and expertise we've acquired over time.
The lights might be on, but nobody is home.
We desire to be productive but in this nervous system state our biology prevents it from being possible.
We have a choice. We can waste time by pushing on, or invest our time more wisely by honouring our innate, physiological rhythms.
When we are rested and grounded, we have access to all our functionality, we are creative, efficient and present. We deliver.
We understand the behaviours and habits that drive stress and contribute to burn-out in your business.
In a period of long-term uncertainty you tend to operate from the survival system state. This means that you are not in a regulated or in resourceful state, and you won't have access to your full cognitive functionality.
As a human being you share the same wiring as your colleagues, yet your wiring is unique. Your business is no different.
That's why we take the time to understand your perspective, your experience and your employee's too.
When you realise that your mindset is programmed from the messages you are receiving from your nervous system you will evolve.
Patterns of behaviour are enforced by our nervous system's need to keep us in connection or protection mode.
There is no magic bullet, yet by cultivating conscious awareness of what causes you stress, and what feeds the pattern of the behaviours that do not serve you, you will create a new way of being that transforms the way you show up, communicate and collaborate at work.
Creating new patterns of working through honouring your nervous system and biological rhythm will support you to be embodied, energised and efficient.
When you work with your biological inheritance and your innate intelligence, rather than against it, you become super-human.
When you and your colleagues all speak the language of the nervous system you are able to co-regulate, collaborate and create with ease.
Through understanding your own nervous system you will understand support the nervous system of your body and how it influences everything.

“One of our project teams had been through a very challenging and emotional period of time with local stakeholders.
As an organisation we don't have the expertise in-house to support teams in situations like this and we realised we needed something very bespoke. What Hannah offered was exactly what we were after.
Her training was not only filled with science, emotion and well-being strategies that make people sit up and listen but it was delivered in a way that really resonated with the team.
Based on the success of this session, Hannah recently created a bespoke resilience masterclass for fifty of our team leaders.
I know that by investing time in learning from Hannah, and through the resources she's shared, our team will be much less impacted by absenteeism relating to stress and mental health.
I can't recommend what she delivers highly enough”
With a foundation in human resource management, twelve years in corporate and seven years as solution-focused psychotherapist and well-being practitioner, I fuse my learnings, self-development journey, life experience, training and skills to support individuals, teams and businesses to connect with their innate intelligence in order to transform and thrive.
Having access to knowledge, education and the opportunity to learn from experts is something I value deeply. I have lost count of all the times I have wished I could eat a book in order to absorb all the unique insights and integrate them into all that I do.
Here I share the books, journals, models and resources that have inspired my work, lifestyle and life path.
